Percentile calculations are based on the 2014 WHO Growth Data Tables for Canada as revised by the Canadian Pediatric Endocrinology Group. Age is rounded to the closest age in days in the BMI table up to 5 years, closest age in weeks for the weight, length, and head circumference tables up to 3 months, closest age in half months for the weight for length and height tables, and closest age in months for all the rest. Percentiles are then extrapolated linearly from the two closest percentiles in the CPEG tables which are 3, 10, 15, 25, 50, 75, 85, 90, 97, and 99.9.
